By creating an account or using Invitely ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Invitely is a digital invitation and guest management platform. You may use the Service to create digital invitations for events such as weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby showers, religious occasions, graduations, and corporate events, manage your guest list, and collect RSVPs.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans require a one-time payment, activated manually by our team. Payments are accepted via Whish Money or cash.
Try before you buy — every event can be planned for free for up to 10 people, so you can see exactly what you're getting before paying. Paid plans unlock more guests and features; because access begins immediately on activation, paid upgrades are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload — including photos, guest information, and event details. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store and display it solely to provide the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.
Your data is retained while your account is active and for 1 month after your event date, after which it is permanently deleted. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone, and export your guest list as a CSV before then.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lebanon. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Beirut, Lebanon.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
