Who we are

Invitely is a digital invitation and RSVP service operated by an independent individual based in Lebanon. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at invitely.lb@outlook.com.

What we collect

Account dataYour email address and name when you sign up.
Event detailsNames, date, venue, and any other event information you enter.
Guest dataNames and phone numbers of the guests you add to your list.
Usage dataPages visited and features used, to improve the product. We do not track individual guests.

How we use it

We use your data solely to provide the Invitely service — storing your event details, generating invitation pages, and processing RSVPs. We process it to perform our agreement with you (delivering the service) and, for limited usage analytics, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the product. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not use your guests' phone numbers for any purpose other than sending the invitations you initiate.

Data storage

Your data is stored with the following trusted providers:

Supabase
Database & auth (AWS EU region)
Netlify
Web hosting (global CDN)
Resend
Transactional email (e.g. confirmations)

All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Payments are arranged manually (Whish Money or cash) — we do not collect or store your card details. In the unlikely event of a data breach affecting your personal data, we will notify affected users without undue delay.

Your guests' data

When you add guests to Invitely, you are providing us with their personal information (name and phone number). By doing so, you confirm that you have the right to share this information with us. We store it only to enable you to send invitations and track RSVPs. Guests may request deletion of their data by contacting you, the account holder, who can remove them from the guest list at any time.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or your guests' data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is shared only with the infrastructure providers listed above, and only as necessary to operate the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies only — for authentication (keeping you logged in) and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Delete your account and all associated data
  • Export your guest list as a CSV at any time

To delete your account and all data, go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account. For all other requests, email invitely.lb@outlook.com.

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active and for 1 month after your event date. About a week before that deadline we send you a reminder email so you can export anything you want to keep (Guests → Export CSV). After the 1-month period, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

Changes to this policy

We will notify you by email of any material changes to this policy before they take effect. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
